Noel Rigg

Noel is the Partner Services Coordinator for Susquehanna Service Dogs in Grantville, PA. She works to match people with life changing service dogs, which give people confidence to live independent lives and fulfill their goals. Noel is also the secretary and treasurer of the JBPCA, where she hopes to bring about what her dad wanted for Lebanon County.
