James Biever Criminal Justice Award

Since its inception, the James Biever Criminal Justice Award has provided 14 scholarships totaling $14,500 to students pursuing degrees in criminal justice and related fields.

Through this scholarship, the James Biever Police-Community Alliance invests in the next generation of law enforcement and criminal justice professionals. By helping students pursue careers in public service, the Alliance eases the financial burden of higher education while encouraging academic achievement, leadership, and a lifelong commitment to serving their communities.
