Our Vision

A County where police and its citizens work alongside each other for the greater good.

Our Mission

To form a cohesive bond and promote unity, empathy, support, and accountability among the police and their citizens through scholarship, continuing education and community relations.

Our Beliefs

Unity: A community where the police view the citizens as “their” people and the citizens view the police as “their” police officers.

Trust: Mutual support among the police and the community, as if we all are part of the same family.

Empathy: Educational programs that illuminate the perspectives of both the police and the citizens so that there is a better understanding among us.

Support: Scholarships available for those who wish to attend the police academy, and for high schoolers pursuing a Criminal Justice major.

Accountability: An environment in which hate is unwanted and love is embraced by all in the community.

Non-Discrimination Policy

The James Biever Police-Community Alliance does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
